Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram star was born 15 August 1994 in the USA. Ashley Nocera hasn't spoken much about her family However, she credits her father for instilling her passion for fitness. He had a bodybuilder as a teenager in his 20s-30s. Ashley had a habit of being physically active since when she was a child. She first began swimming lessons at age four old, which she continued for 10 more. She entered numerous competitions but wasn't as dedicated due to her inability to be put on a strict diet so that her body could give the best. Ashley's attractive looks and figure that was curvy made her a popular as a teenager. It isn't known the extent to which Ashley dated anyone during that period. Ashley chose to concentrate on pursuing a career in models and fitness model after finishing her studies. Ashley was just 15 when she realized that she was not content with how her body looked. Her grandpa encouraged her exercise. But she took his advice and started slowly. What she didn't know was that she would spend nine years sculpting her body eventually becoming an exercise idol. Ashley's victory motivated her to take part in her first competition in 2014 WBFF Las Vegas World Championships. The team finished in seventh place which she felt was not a good result. The result made Ashley train harder. Then she returned to the 2015 WBFF World Championships and won fifth place. After the competition had ended. Ashley determined that she wouldn't desire to compete any more. In the meantime, she was being offered photographs while she competed but she was not keen to mix her careers however when she stopped competing she decided to go on to be a fitness model. After getting featured on the front of an acclaimed fitness magazine she was in a position to establish herself as a fitness model and model. In the past, she became a much-requested model. In addition, she has been a model for a variety of bikini and clothes brands.
